great locationsea viewsmiling staff
this hotel is just GREAT. the location allowed immediate access to attractions. I had a beautiful king room sea view and i could see the sea DIRECTLY from my window, it's a view i will never forget. The staff was always there to help with any questions, they were always smiling.

the room included a king-size bed and a seating area near the window. The bathroom featured a separate shower and a marble countertop, really top-notch. there Was A mini-bar stocked with refreshments.

the staff was generally attentive and always greeted guests with a smile. Concierge services assisted with booking excursions. Housekeeping was efficient in maintaining room cleanliness throughout my stay, i liked their dedication.

The breakfast room is on the 7th floor and offers diverse choices. I found the location perfect, next to the casino in the city center.
The hotel is very busy, and at times, staffing seemed inadequate.

the location was superb and close to many attractions.
The air conditioning in our room needed servicing upon arrival. we waited an hour hoping for a new room, but was told we had to wait to see if the ac would work. They should have immediately changed our room.

The location is really good. Everything is near the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big with a spacious balcony.
The upgraded room was underneath the terrace. No outside food is allowed to be brought into the hotel. One day i left my room at 09:15 and returned at 17:00 to find it not made up.
